     Icon is owned by a local couple who has been remodeling kitchens, baths and whole homes in the Treasure Valley to include Mountain Home and Caldwell. We are licensed and insured as remodeling and construction contractors and realtors.

     Icon Construction and Remodeling LLC is locally owned and operated by Zach and Laura Arnstam. Our vision is to aquire properties, remodel, renovate and construct beauty on the earth. Whether it be through color, design, creating or reshaping a structure, it is our desire to make beauty tangible, visible, comfortable and livable. We are a life improvement company. In any of our remodel, construction, or real estate projects there are always four elements that are essential to the commencement, process and completion of the project: comfort, composition, quality and convenience. In order for the project to be successful our clients need to experience these four aspects in the final results of their product. In our work we want to infuse beauty with functionality. In order to accomplish this, each project is tailored to the desires of our clients.
